Thanks for your post and assistance. It solved a problem quickly for me. Kubuntu is new to me. I’ve been a computer tech since the screens were green and now find myself quite sick of MS and their constant money grubbing. It’s refreshing to find a community of people willing to help their fellow man for no other reason than to make a contribution to the greater good. As I learn this new system I will be making contributions of my own to pay it forward. Thank you again and I hope one day to pass it along.

Does not work. Just a heads up not to waste your time with this. Also Chromium is not the same as Chrome.

I see this mistake all of the time. Chromium is NOT Google Chrome! There are several differences. Codecs, Pepper Flash plugin, proprietary components, etc. Installing Google CHROME is easy. Go to https://www.google.com/chrome and download and install the package. Also, I should point out that there are no official builds of Google ChromIUM anyway, so there is no “official” Chromium. If you try to download Chromium from chromium.org, it says the only way to get Chromium is to compile it yourself because they don’t make official builds.
